Refund Policy

Refunds for OWL subscriptions are managed through Atlassian and are available under the following conditions:

Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are available within the first paid month after the trial period. After this initial month, Atlassian cannot offer refunds for monthly subscriptions.

Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 30 days of payment. After this 30-day period, Atlassian cannot offer refunds for annual subscriptions.

Cancellation Process: To cancel your trial or subscription for OWL through Atlassian Cloud, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your My.Atlassian account. You’ll arrive on the main Licenses page. OWL will be listed with the unique URL.
  2. Click the > next to your OWL subscription.
  3. Click the “Cancel Subscription” or “Cancel Evaluation” link to request the cancellation of your account.

Your OWL subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle, and your credit card will not be charged again. No credit is offered for canceling an account prior to the end of a billing cycle.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund during the first month of paid service (following a trial) or within 30 days of payment for an annual subscription, contact the Atlassian Customer Advocate Team.
